Michelle Pagan Bio

Michelle Pagan with Coldwell Banker Jay Lilly Real Estate is a bilingual real estate salesperson (REALTOR®) with 17+ years of experience in the Maryland real estate market holding multiple real estate designations and certifications including NAR’s technology certification (e-PRO®), Housing Opportunity Certification (HOC®), At Home with Diversity Certification (AHWD®), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®), plus she is a Green Certified Real Estate Professional (GCREP®).

During her successful real estate career Michelle has received multiple Southern Maryland Association of Realtors® (SMAR) awards (2018 Hall of Fame Inductee, 2020 and 2015 Individual Gold Award, 2022, 2021, 2019, 2018, 2014, 2013 Individual Silver Award, 2017 Team Bronze Award, 2016 Team Gold Award). She was the recipient of Homesnap’s Fastest-Growing Agent Award in 2021, and in 2020 she earned the Most Prominent Agent Award. In 2020, Michelle was nominated for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP®) Top 250 Latino Agents.

Michelle is a native of Puerto Rico and attended Trinity College in Connecticut where she obtained her B.S. in Biology. She later graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with an M.S. in Biology earning a 4.0 GPA. Having worked for the federal government as a translator and interpreter for many years, she decided to venture into the real estate world where she found her true passion, helping people achieve the dream of homeownership.

Over the years, Michelle has also assisted many homeowners with the sale of their homes as a short sale negotiator and continues to do so as a knowledgeable short sale facilitator. She is a Maryland Notary Public and holds a Maryland Title Insurance Producer Independent Contractor (TIPIC) license.
